Reservation policy in effect based on the date of your
stay.
Summer reservation
policy – for stays between May 1 and November 30:
- Your
reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a $100 deposit
per chalet. The outstanding balance is payable at least
15 days before your arrival date.
- Your deposit will be refunded
if you cancel at least 15 days before your arrival date.
No refunds for reservations cancelled less than 15 days
before your arrival date.
- Upon your arrival, we will require
a security deposit taken on your credit card (if you do
not have a credit card, a deposit of $1000 CAN in cash
will be accepted) per chalet for any long distance calls
or damage to the property or equipment.
- Pets are strictly
prohibited. If this rule is broken, you could be fined.
Winter
reservation policy – for stays between December 1 and
April 30:
- Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt
of a $250.00 deposit per chalet. The outstanding balance
is payable at least 30 days before your arrival date.
- You
will be charged a penalty of $100.00 if you cancel at least
45 days before your arrival date. For reservations cancelled
from 30 to 45 days before your arrival date, the 250.00$
deposit is the penalty. No refunds for reservations cancelled
less than 30 days before your arrival date.
- Upon your arrival,
we will require a security deposit taken on your credit
card (if you do not have a credit card, a deposit of $1000
CAN in cash will be accepted) per chalet for any long distance
calls or damage to the property or equipment.
- Pets are strictly
prohibited. If this rule is broken, you could be fined.
Special
reservation policy for holidays, reading week and spring
break.
- A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is required.
You will automatically be charged the outstanding balance
45 days before your arrival date. No refunds.
- Upon your
arrival, we will require a security deposit taken on your
credit card (if you do not have a credit card, a deposit
of $1000 CAN in cash will be accepted) per chalet for any
long distance calls or damage to the property or equipment.
- Pets
are strictly prohibited. If this rule is broken, you
could be fined.
Other
policies:
Housekeeping
Housekeeping is done after check out; there is no daily housekeeping.
Towels are not changed during the stay. Each chalet is
equipped with a washer and dryer, allowing you to wash
the towels yourself. You are responsible for housekeeping
in the chalet during your stay. Before you leave, we ask
that you take out the garbage and place it in the appropriate
bins and put the dishes in the dishwasher.
Late arrivals
Please give us advanced notice if you will arrive after the
front desk is closed so we can tell you where you can pick
up your keys.
Parking
There is one parking spot per chalet, though additional parking
spots are available. Parking is free. In the winter, our
additional parking spots are equipped with a barrier operated
by a magnetic card. A $40.00 deposit is required to obtain
a magnetic card. Upon returning the magnetic card, your
deposit will be returned.
